Windows.props build error in Paradox Studio

Hello, I get the following error when I try to build in Paradox Studio 1.1.2-beta.
"[C:\Program Files (x86)\MSBuild\Microsoft\VisualStudio\v12.0\AppxPackage\Microsoft.AppXPackage.Targets(451,9)]: Error: File ‘Windows.props’ not found. See http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?prd=12395&pver=1.0&plcid=0x409&ar=MSDN&sar=PlatformMultiTargeting&o1=C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SDKs\Portable\v12.0&o2=Portable for more information."

I tried some solutions but none of them worked. Can anyone help me out ?

Do you have Visual Studio 2013 Update >=4 installed?

Thanks for replying. I have the non-updated version of vs2013. Will update and get back to you.

The update is 7 Gb, so this is going to take some time
