What about supporting IMEs

Well, Edit Text didn’t support IMEs, However , it is possible to display the non-English characters by compulsorily set the text property.But it seems to be useless to users and restricted users’ input.
I hope that it could be supported.

The trello board indicates IMEs is on there list of things todo. See Input Improvements
