Hey I have installed Visual Studio 2017 RC, and I notice MonoGame supports it already. I wonder if a plugin for Visual Studio 2017 is on the way, would be nice to use it, get used to the new IDE. I did not see anything about it in the Road Map.
Thank you for your time.
I’d be interested in knowing this as well.
I have a feeling there is going to be a v1.10 before v2.0 comes out. Based on a screen shot in the manual. VS2017 goes RTW in a couple of days and I am pretty sure upgrading VS extensions is fairly trivial. So I am hopeful there will be good news here soon.
I hate guessing. But I think that it may support VS17 on its release. Correct me if I’m wrong, but to compile the source, you would even need VS13. VS15 won’t work?! Silicon Studios is partnered with M$. I don’t think that M$ would support Xenko, if it couldn’t actually give something for the M$ Imperium in return.

You can compile with VS2015 (even Community edition).
Well 1.10 is out. Doesn’t look like it came with VS2017 support. Kind of makes sense…both released pretty much same day.
According to blog content(http://xenko.com/blog/toward-a-better-dotnet/)…I think it will not be too long, it will support VS2017
