Simple vehicle physics with existing features. (rigid body)

I need some help for a simple vehicle setup and hope that this will help the community too.
Until there is no ray based vehicle controller of the bullet physics, I trying to create a simple car with for cylinder wheels and a box body (chassis).

The idea is simple. Apply torque to the wheels to accelent and set the angle of the front wheels to steer.

But how to setup the object hierarchy. And are joints necessary? Has Xenko physics joints?
Is there a tutorial, template or project of vehicle physics with Xenko?
