SiliconStudio.Paradox.VisualStudio.Package.csproj not supported?

So i was just gonna try this engine. I downloaded the paradox engine on github. followed the instruction but I got this

This version of Visual Studio is unable to open the following projects. The project types may not be installed or this version of Visual Studio may not support them.

and 1069 errors. what on earth is going on here? I am using VS 2013 as recommended on the tutorial.

You need the VS2013 SDK

Note that compiling this specific project is not really necessary for most use cases.
