Regarding Translating Documentation

Hi I’m honsei. I’d like to introduce Paradox Game Engine to Korea(Nobody seems to know this… I think this engine is awesome). so I want to ask where can I download a manual or documentations ?(I’d like to translate it into Korean)
I know there’s documentation tab, but I can’t download it, and also not fully written.

I’m finding English or Japanese documents.
