On their product page https://store-dev.xenko.com/ it says “Premium Support”. Does anyone know what this really means as far as help on projects?

I think that it means that if you encounter issues with the engine, things not behaving as they should or simple may want to get some support regarding specifics of the engine, then you would get “Premium” support, which, I think, means basically a closed link between Silicon Studio and you, thus more direct and probably faster.
I was hoping it was more like some of the other engine we have used where you had billable hours and would have them help with custom situation as needed.
To be honest, it may be. I am not aware of the particular way they do it

@curator785 Premium support means dedicated billed support from Silicon Studio to help you resolve your issues faster and consulting services on how to best use the engine for your custom situations. As @Hayaweh mentioned this support is more direct and does not pass through the forums, even though we may post some of answered information on the forum or documentation pages if we judge it could be useful for other persons.
Ok thank you I will look at our budget and figure out where we can fit the subscription fee in at.
