I wish that I’d be able to use IDE that is finding words for me when I type like in [Tutorial] I can’t program without such tools it’s really hard to hit a target you don’t see.
Visual Studio 2019 is what you want to use. You will want to learn basic C# first though. There are lots of free tutorials/classes on that.
