Xenko 1.8.1 bug scene window

Hi,
I have a problem with my scene window. It´s allways rendering at the wrong position.

I guess the global windows scaling is the reason for this error. I´m using mostly 150%.

Looks like someone has raised this bug as a github issue https://github.com/SiliconStudio/xenko/issues/454

Other people have been getting the issue if there monitor is set to a DPI > 100%
