I just tried out Windows 10 and VS2015 ctp6. And i was glad to see that WinRT/Xaml is finally running on the desktop. I was also glad to see that my WinRT/SharpDX app was running under Windows 10, in a window! without any change to the code or project at all. However that’s not a UAP project. So I proceeded to rebuild the project as a UAP application and i was surprised to see that it ran in a UAP project as well. That’s really nice. And it means it’s going to be very easy to make the transition.
