Cannot find where to change resolution in 1.5.1

From what I could gather is that in project -> package properties should have the resolution settings but they are not there. have they been moved?

The resolution settings are located in the Game Settings asset.

The parameters for the resolution are called Back Buffer Width and Back Buffer Height.
